Kramer Levin Client Acuity Solutions Closes Deal
On March 19, Kramer Levin closed the sale of Acuity Solutions, LLC, a reseller of network security solutions to FishNet Security LLC, a portfolio company of Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity shop. Coroporate partner Richard H. Gilden handled the deal, assisted by associate Abdul-Rahman Lediju, and partner Pamela M. Capps provided tax advice.
