In the past two weeks, agents of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have been making random unannounced site visits to a number of employers around the country. They have asked to see a variety of documents related to H-1B employees, and have even asked permission to take photographs of the employers’ offices and the employees’ workstations.
