In September 2001, Kramer Levin Litigation partner Thomas Moreland became Chair of the Committee on Federal Courts of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. The Committee has prime responsibility within the Association for reviewing and commenting on issues pertaining to the federal courts, both in New York and nationally.
Mr. Moreland has previously served as chair of several other committees of the Association, namely the Committees on Civil Rights, Medical Malpractice and the Executive Committee of the Association.
