Cohen successfully represented Atlantic Bank, one of the top 20 commercial banks serving small businesses, middle-market companies and consumers in the New York City area, in the negotiation of a 15-year lease at 400 Madison Avenue where the expanding Atlantic Bank plans to open a 2000 square foot branch.
