Gary Naftalis was quoted in an LA Times article on the Delaware Supreme Court ruling that upheld Delaware Chancery Court's ruling in favor of former Disney chief executive Michael D. Eisner in the Disney shareholders derivative lawsuit against him regarding the termination of Michael Ovitz. As attorney for Eisner, Naftalis is quoted saying that they always believed there was no basis for the case and that Eisner acted in the best interest of Disney shareholders.
