Land Use Partner Jeffrey Braun was quoted in a June 7 New York Law Journal article on the dismissal of public use challenges to the Atlantic Yards project in Brooklyn. Kramer Levin represented Forest City Ratner Cos. in the case, and Braun is quoted as saying that they are pleased with the judge's decision.
