Mr. Koch's litigation practice focuses primarily on commercial disputes and Lanham Act matters, but has encompassed a broad array of litigation areas, including bankruptcy, real estate, and employment. Mr. Koch has represented clients in litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Mr. Koch's pro bono practice has included representation of clients seeking to be appointed guardians of their adult child, assisting with the preparation of an amicus brief for the New York State Court of Appeals for a leading mental health not-for-profit, and numerous other representations. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Mr. Koch was a commercial practices counsel at a major consumer products company.
