Ms. Leung's practice focuses primarily on general corporate and finance matters. She has represented clients in connection with secured financings, including premium finance facilities and facilities secured by hedge fund interests.  She has also worked on transactions involving mezzanine financing, multi-currency credit facilities, securitizations, debtor-in-possession financing and general secured transactions.  Ms. Leung has also advised hedge funds in various contexts, including fund formation, investment profiling and analysis and financings as lenders and borrowers.
