Mr. Parise practices securities law generally, including the representation of corporate boards.

Mr. Parise concentrates on the regulation and corporate governance of registered and unregistered investment companies and investment advisers, and represents "independent" directors of mutual funds.

Mr. Parise also focuses on director and officer liability insurance-related matters, including the negotiation of policies, coverage analysis and coverage disputes.

Mr. Parise sits on Kramer Levin's Pro Bono Committee and is the coordinator of Kramer Levin's veterans' assistance pro bono program.
