Ms. Rogers' practice focuses primarily on general banking and finance matters. She has represented investment banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and borrowers in a variety of complex financing transactions, including syndicated secured and unsecured credit facilities, second lien financings, debtor-in-possession financings and workouts.
Ms. Rogers has represented lenders and borrowers in a variety of industries, including consumer products, energy, airline, technology, automotive, chemical, real estate and financial services.
