Fountain House - Kramer Levin assists in the recovery of men and women with mental illness by providing opportunities for members to work and learn, while contributing their talents through a community of mutual support with a six month internship at the firm.

First-Step - Kramer Levin sponsors two to three First Step interns, a four month job-training program for homeless and low-income women. Our employees work closely with the interns to develop their office, interpersonal and interview skills so they may move on to a full time job.
