- Represent institutional and individual buyers/lessors and sellers/lessees (including a major insurance company) in sale leaseback transactions totaling in excess of $2.0 billion
- Represent private lender in construction of luxury resort hotel
- Represent landlord of first class office building in preparation of lease form, and lease negotiations
- Represent tenants (including banking, advertising, high tech and manufacturing companies) in New York and nationally in office, industrial and retail lease transactions including numerous multifloor transactions in first class office buildings
- Represent owner in development of mixed use complex in transaction costing in excess of $100,000,000
- Represent buyers, sellers and managing members in acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels and mixed use projects in New York and nationwide
- Represent two (2) hedge funds in development of 7,000 acre residential tract
- Represent numerous borrowers in connection with the financing of office buildings, suburban office parks, hotels, retail centers, industrial facilities, power plants and paper mills, including through structured finance transactions, rule 144A debt offerings and project finance loans
- Represented lenders in construction and permanent loans secured by office buildings, shopping centers (including regional malls), industrial facilities, residential tracts, and hotels
- Represented lenders and borrowers in loan restructures, workouts and bankruptcies
