Paul Dennis Connuck

Mr. Connuck’s practice focuses on intellectual property transactions, including IP discovery, development, licensing, outsourcing and transfer.

Mr. Connuck brings broad experience in intellectual property, contract, antitrust and advertising matters to his representation of clients in the negotiation of intellectual property-driven business transactions ranging from pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, software and technology discovery, development, collaboration, licensing and outsourcing agreements, to Internet publishing contracts, to designer label licenses.  Mr. Connuck regularly counsels clients on intellectual property transfer and licensing issues, and draws upon an extensive background in antitrust and competition law in advising intellectual property owners as to the restraints that may be placed upon the transfer and use of their properties.

Honored with listings in Marquis Who’s Who and Who's Who in American Law, Mr. Connuck has been retained as an expert consultant to the IRS in a number of intellectual property valuation, licensing and transfer matters, and has published and spoken frequently on intellectual property issues.
