Peggy J. Farber
Associate

Ms. Farber is an associate in the litigation department. Her practice encompasses complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense.

Ms. Farber has helped represent defrauded hedge fund investors against allegations of fraudulent transfer in the United States Bankruptcy Court, leading national insurance firms in policy disputes, and the heirs of a world-renowned visual artist in a dispute over the artist's multi-million dollar estate. Most recently, Ms. Farber has worked on the representation of a white collar criminal defendant accused of large-scale financial fraud.

Ms. Farber serves on the firm's Environmental Committee, and maintains a pro bono practice that includes First Amendment litigation.

Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Ms. Farber was a journalist for several major publications such as Harper's Magazine, The Christian Science Monitor, The Los Angeles Times, and Advertising Age. She also reported and produced journalistic pieces for National Public Radio.
