Mr. Kolevzon has extensive and varied experience representing large, medium and small private and publicly-held corporations, underwriters and merchant banking and venture capital firms.

Mr. Kolevzon's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public offerings (including initial public offerings and roll-up transactions), private placements of debt and equity securities, venture capital, structured finance (including leveraged leases and asset securitization) and Exchange Act filings and compliance.
