Philippe Mauduit is a counsel within the tax practice of the Paris office. He advises French and international business, in fields such as IT, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and packaging on French and international tax matters, due diligence operations, corporate restructuring, tax consolidation, tax planning, litigation and tax audits. With regard to personal tax affairs, he advises individuals in the drawing up and implementation of their projects and assists them in completing their declarations (ISF, IRPP). He also assists taxpayers in their tax settlement plans and in their tax audits and disputes. He is accredited in Master 1 and 2 courses at the University of Paris XI-Sceaux.
