Ms. Tudorancea’s practice focuses primarily on international mergers & acquisitions. She is also assisting clients with respect to receivables/asset-backed financing and securitization projects. Finally, she is able to advise on the drafting and negotiation of international commercial contracts and with respect to international arbitration matters.
