Mr. Wollin's practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities matters and general corporate matters for public, private and international clients.
Mr. Wollin advises clients with regard to a wide range of general business and securities matters. He represents issuers of equity and debt securities in registered offerings and private placements. He represents clients in various types of mergers and acquisitions, including asset and stock transactions. Mr. Wollin also provides ongoing advice to public, private and international companies on a variety of matters including legal compliance and corporate governance. Mr. Wollin volunteers as the Treasurer of the Alzheimer’s Association New York City Junior Committee.
