• Samantha M. Ford serves as assistant general counsel for the firm. Samantha works closely with the general counsel to provide internal advice on professional responsibility matters and advises the firm’s attorneys on civil procedure and litigation strategy in both state and federal courts. She also assists in overseeing the managing attorney’s department and staff, which files papers for lawyers, serves process, obtains documents in court, tracks litigation activity and prepares the firm calendar.

    Samantha is a member of the firm’s Lawyer Ethics and Liability Group. Prior to becoming assistant general counsel, Samantha served as assistant managing attorney and practiced for nearly 10 years as a litigator, representing individuals and entities in federal and state courts.
