Shari Kahn Krouner

Shari has played a prominent role in representing Lexington Partners in all of its co-investment transactions — approximately $10 billion in committed capital in more than 450 companies worldwide, alongside more than 180 sponsors. Her other notable representations include the Ad Hoc Group of Bondholders holding approximately $3 billion of bonds in PREPA, Puerto Rico’s electric company; bondholders, acquirers, potential acquirers and other major creditors in Jefferson County, AL, Bally Total Fitness and ASARCO; lenders in Westmoreland Coal; the official unsecured creditors’ committees for Hertz, Residential Capital, NII Holdings and Smurfit-Stone; and debtors in the bankruptcies of General Maritime and Bally Total Fitness.

In addition to her work on behalf of clients, Shari serves on Kramer Levin’s Hiring, Investment and Women’s Initiative committees.
