Steve’s previous work experience includes serving as senior corporate counsel at a cryptocurrency platform where he advised on the development, deployment and management of its institutional product offerings and other corporate matters. Prior to serving in that role, Steve developed his practice supporting agents, arrangers and lenders in a variety of domestic and international debt financing transactions as an associate at a New York City-headquartered global law firm.
