Scott S. Rosenblum is co-Chairman of the Corporate Department, Member of the Executive Committee and former Managing Partner of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
Mr. Rosenblum’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Mr. Rosenblum has advised public and private entities in a wide variety of transactions including international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, and debt and equity offerings including initial public offerings and alternative public offerings, partnership arrangements and venture transactions.
Mr. Rosenblum’s clients are both domestic and international (including clients based in China, Israel and the United Kingdom) and range from start-up entities to Fortune 500 companies engaged in technology, investment banking, basic manufacturing and services, real estate, insurance, financial services, energy and e-commerce.
Mr. Rosenblum also provides general advice and counsel, including advice relating to corporate governance and disclosure matters, to managements and boards of directors and currently serves as a director and advisor to the boards of various public and private companies.
