Shaked Sivan is a litigator who focuses on complex civil and securities litigation, and white collar and investigatory work. Mr. Sivan works on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court. He also assists with the representation of advertisers in challenges before the National Advertising Division (NAD).

Mr. Sivan’s work includes drafting pleadings, discovery documents, motions and appellate briefs, as well as preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony. Mr. Sivan was part of a trial team that represented a class of consumer packaged goods companies in an antitrust lawsuit against News Corp. and affiliated co-defendants, in an action that settled on the first day of trial for $250 million. He is also a member of a team representing a major construction company in connection with a dispute in New York state court related to the construction of the world’s tallest modular building.

Mr. Sivan dedicates significant time to pro bono matters, including assisting with an amicus brief on behalf of the Innocence Project on the issue of pretrial eyewitness identification to the New York Court of Appeals, drafting an employee handbook for a food pantry and working on asylum cases.
