Ms. Swift acts as special counsel to Kramer Levin's banking practice and corporate finance group.
Ms. Swift practiced banking finance for over eighteen years at Bank of America NA, where she structured and negotiated a wide variety of syndicated secured and unsecured commercial banking transactions including acquisition financing, leveraged buy-outs, project finance, industrial revenue bonds, commercial paper backup, multicurrency facilities, subordinated debt, workouts, letters of credit and liquidity facilities, loan sales, bankers' acceptances, receivables purchase agreements, and note purchase agreements for US and foreign borrowers.
Ms. Swift has represented clients in industries as diverse as energy/utilities, entertainment, chemicals, project finance, business services, retail and broker-dealers. She has also extensively represented clients in Canada, Europe and Latin America on multinational transactions.
