Mr. Zide's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. In particular, Mr. Zide has been involved in the representation of official creditor and equity committees, chapter 11 debtors, bondholders, investors, trade creditors, administrative agents and secured lenders in a variety of bankruptcy cases and distressed situations.

• Ascendia Brands Co. Inc. - counsel to the debtors
• Asarco LLC - counsel to potential acquirer and bondholder Harbinger Capital Partners
• Buffets - counsel to the prepetition noteholder group
• Dana Corporation - counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors
• Berry Hill - counsel to the debtors
• Enron Corp. - counsel to creditors holding claims relating to the mega complaint litigation
