Mr. Constance, who is Co-Chair of the firm, focuses primarily on corporate and securities law.

Mr. Constance has been involved in and has practiced securities law in the areas of financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, tender offers and proxy fights. Mr. Constance serves as a Director of St. Vincent's Services Inc. and The Sass Foundation.  He is on the Advisory Board of Barington Capital.
