Thomas Molner’s practice focuses primarily on securities, corporate finance and business combinations. He has advised companies in connection with a broad range of transactions including public offerings for issuers and underwriters, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, and licensing and executive employment arrangements.

Mr. Molner also regularly advises boards of directors and independent board committees of public companies on corporate governance matters.
