Ms. Mohandoss’s practice focuses on a broad spectrum of employment-based immigration law matters, particularly for multinational corporations and foreign investors, as well as persons of extraordinary ability, including creative and business professionals. Ms. Mohandoss’s pro bono work includes representing clients in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) application and guardianship proceedings as part of the Safe Passage Project.
