• Amelia B. Munger represents employers in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels. She litigates a variety of employment law matters, including allegations of age, race and disability discrimination and retaliation; whistleblower claims; contract disputes; and bonus claims. She also assists clients in complying with federal, state and local employment laws and advises clients on a wide array of issues, including COVID-19 workplace issues such as return-to-work policies, remote work operations and vaccination policies. Amelia also works closely with clients in conducting workplace investigations involving allegations of sexual harassment and violation of workplace policies.
