• Antoine Paszkiewicz practices corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, complex commercial contracts and arbitrations for corporate clients active in a wide range of industrial, financial, media, motion picture and real estate sectors.

    Antoine has been involved in acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations in France, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and many European countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain and Poland. He has also been active in structuring foreign-owned real estate holdings in France. Antoine acted for the government of France and local political entities in the transactional and financial aspects of a multibillion-dollar project near Paris involving a recreational park and concessions, to be constructed over a 30-year period.

    Antoine also represents corporate clients in French courts and handles international arbitrations (LCIA and LMAA) and multijurisdiction litigations (U.S. federal courts and European jurisdictions).
