• Clémentine de Guillebon heads the Employment team in Kramer Levin’s Paris office, providing practical and proactive counsel to employers, helping them make decisions and take action in order to minimize their litigation risk, promote their workplace culture and values, and achieve their specific business objectives.

    She advises French and international groups on a wide range of employment matters, including employment issues in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyout transactions, audits, secondment and expatriation of employees, executive severance, dismissals, and employee representative matters. Clémentine also works closely with our Compliance team on human resources compliance issues and internal investigations.
