Dana Anagnostou focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments, generally involving France, the U.S. and the U.K., with an emphasis on middle-market transactions. Her clients range from private equity funds and financial institutions to large multinationals and startups. Dana’s practice also encompasses secured and unsecured commercial finance, representing lenders and borrowers in asset-based financing, cross-border debt transactions and structured financing.
Fluent in both French and English, she is a member of the New York and Paris bars and a solicitor in England and Wales.
