• Daniel Kugler works on litigation matters, including complex civil cases, advertising disputes and internal investigations. Daniel’s experience involves discovery, motions and appeals on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. He also dedicates significant time to pro bono matters.

    After having previously served as both an associate and a summer associate with the firm, Daniel returns to Kramer Levin after clerking with the Hon. Jennifer L. Rochon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
