• Daniel Weiss works on tax matters.

    Daniel returns to Kramer Levin after participating in the firm’s summer associate program. During law school, Daniel worked as a student attorney at the Michigan Law Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he represented low-income individuals in their tax disputes with the IRS and the Michigan Department of Treasury. Daniel was also a student attorney at the Michigan Law Workers’ Rights Clinic, where his work included drafting and filing briefs and appeals before the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency on behalf of clients seeking wrongfully denied unemployment benefits. Prior to law school, Daniel worked as a data analyst for a global sports gaming company.
