David Yanvarashvili works with sponsors on the establishment and operation of a wide variety of private investment funds, including hedge, private equity, credit, growth equity, venture capital and real estate funds, as well as separately managed accounts. In addition, David assists investors in subscribing to international and domestic private investment funds.

Having previously worked as a compliance officer at a leading technology-based hedge fund, David is particularly well situated to help clients navigate regulatory matters and construct and administer their compliance programs.
