• Eric H. Rosoff works on litigation matters, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigations. Eric assists in the representation of individuals and corporations in regulatory inquiries and criminal investigations, as well as in all phases of litigation. His work includes discovery and motion practice, responding to grand jury subpoenas, preparing clients for interviews with government agencies and preparing proffer presentations.

    Eric was part of a trial team that represented a class of consumer packaged goods companies in an antitrust lawsuit against News Corp. and affiliated co-defendants, in an action that settled on the first day of trial for $250 million, and assisted in the successful representation of New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio in connection with federal and local investigations.

    Eric maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing asylum applicants and volunteering at the New York Family Court.
