• Eva Tanna works on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions and strategic combinations; financing and investment transactions; and general corporate issues. Eva’s work involves drafting deal documents, conducting due diligence and handling closing and post-closing requirements.

    Eva is a member of the firm’s Attorneys of Color Affinity Group. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Eva worked as an associate in the New York office of a global law firm.
