• Gilles Saint Marc co-leads the Alternative Investment Management practice in the Paris office, offering a global and integrated vision on regulatory, transactional structuring and operations matters. Gilles focuses on advising businesses (notably SMEs and midcaps); structuring bonds; EuroPP, USPP or Schuldschein issues, debt and securitization funds under French and Luxembourg law (FPE, ELTIF, FIS or Luxembourg-FIAR), as well as fintech (crowdfunding, blockchain, DSP2).

    Gilles is a member of Paris Europlace’s Securitization Commission as well as the chairman of the Fintech Commission. Furthermore, he is a member of the securitization group of the French Asset Management Association (AFG) and a founding member of the French Observatory for FPEs (Observatoire des Fonds de Prêts à l’Economie – OFPE). Gilles also participates in the Fintech Forum created in July 2015 by the French regulators (AMF and ACPR).

    Gilles has been recognized by Chambers and Legal 500 as a French “leading lawyer” in Banking and Finance since 2005.
