Jean-Marc Desaché advises and represents companies in the banking and insurance industries as well as corporates and real estate companies in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and partnership transactions. He is also a member of the capital market Department with a particular focus on initial public offerings (IPOs), privatizations and international equity-linked offerings, as well as the creation of innovative financial products for banks and tier-one products. Jean-Marc advises regulated companies, such as cooperative corporations, associations, professional unions and public companies.
As a much-respected authority in corporate and securities law, Jean-Marc advises a large number of listed companies and represents them before the French courts in any disputes they encounter. He also plays an active role in discussions with the French legislature relating to new corporate and securities legislation.
