• Jonaki Singh works on litigation matters in all phases of litigation, from preparing for witness examinations to conducting legal research to drafting pleadings, memoranda and briefs. Having previously served as both an associate and a summer associate with the firm, Jonaki returns to Kramer Levin after clerking with the Hon. James L. Cott of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

    While in law school, Jonaki interned for the Office of Legal Policy at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC, where she conducted research and drafted memoranda on topics such as criminal justice policy initiatives and domestic national security issues. She also interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and at the Law Department of the U.S. Postal Service.
