• Jordan Fisher assists in the defense of employers in federal and state courts, and before administrative and government agencies, litigating a variety of employment-related matters including wage and hour claims; discrimination, harassment and retaliation allegations; and breach of contract and tort claims. Jordan also advises on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, and drafts workplace policies and employment agreements.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Jordan was a labor and employment associate with a global law firm.

    Jordan dedicates significant time to pro bono matters, including most recently working with an asylum-seeking immigrant in immigration court.
