Linda Yao Chen works on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, equity investments, financings and other investment transactions, on behalf of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic investors. Linda’s work involves all stages of these transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating principal deal agreements and other related documents, managing due diligence, and facilitating closings.
Prior to joining the firm, Linda worked as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions practice of a global law firm.
