• Luke Galland works on employment-based and general business immigration law matters, assisting companies across a variety of industries in securing immigrant and nonimmigrant work visas, temporary work authorizations, and employment-based permanent residence status for their employees.

    Luke brings five years of experience in business immigration to his work on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, he handled immigration matters at two New York City-based global law firms. He also served, during law school, as a law clerk for the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project of Brooklyn Defender Services.
