• Maria Kondyli represents banks, funds, issuers, sellers, borrowers and other entities across a broad spectrum of U.S. and international asset-backed transactions, structured finance matters, factoring transactions and other types of secured financings. She frequently represents clients in connection with multi-jurisdiction securitizations involving U.S. and cross-border trade receivables, commercial loans and a variety of other assets located in the U.S.

    Maria also advises clients on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and general securities law matters.
