• Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille represents clients, in particular French and foreign banking institutions and factoring companies, primarily in commercial disputes and restructurings.

    Marie-Christine also has extensive experience in ad hoc mandate, conciliation and insolvency proceedings, regularly advising creditors at all stages, including negotiating agreements and drafting related legal documentation, as well as litigation.

    Marie-Christine co-manages the Women's Initiatives Group of the Paris office.
