• Marie Davy handles commercial, industrial, corporate and liability litigation, representing French and foreign clientele in complex disputes involving international law issues. She has developed specific experience in the management of requisitions made by foreign authorities to obtain evidence in France in civil and commercial matters.

    Marie advises and assists clients in the drafting and securing of all their commercial agreements as well as in asset deals, industrial partnerships and contractual audits. Marie advises clients on issues related to distribution law and assists clients, French and foreign manufacturers, in setting up their distribution networks in France and in negotiating their annual agreements with major retail players. Marie also has experience in consumer law (DGCCRF investigations).

    Marie is a member of the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
