• Mark H. Russell works on litigation matters.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Mark clerked for the Hon. D. Brooks Smith, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and with the Hon. Charles E. Atchley, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. During law school, he prepared arguments on issues before the U.S. Supreme Court for the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and interned for the U.S. Department of Justice as part of the Civil Division Appellate Staff and in the Civil Rights Division, Voting Rights Section. Before beginning his legal studies, Mark interned with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender and the Office of U.S. Congressman John Sarbanes.
