In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mat Rosswood is Kramer Levin’s most senior operational leader and a key strategic partner to firm leadership in developing and implementing business initiatives. Mat works with firm management, partners and staff to execute the firm’s strategic plans and to advance its business objectives. He directs operations firmwide, develops and implements firmwide best practices, policies and procedures, and oversees Kramer Levin’s daily business, operational and administrative functions.
