Michael A. Anderson litigates intellectual property cases involving complex technology, with a particular emphasis on life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, chemical compositions and mechanical devices. He represents both patent owners seeking to enforce their rights and companies defending against allegations of patent infringement, in federal district courts.
Michael’s work involves all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions, and trial, post-trial and appellate briefs; managing complex discovery; taking and defending depositions; preparing fact and expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony; and preparing for trial. He also provides claim construction, patent infringement and patent validity analyses, and advises clients in settlement discussions and negotiations.
