Randall E. Allen assists developers, investors and operators in the acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing, and operation of hotel, office and multifamily real estate, from pre-acquisition due diligence to drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, and property management agreements.

Randall previously served as assistant general counsel for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc., a global hotel and resort company, working on real estate transactions involving domestic and international hotel projects. Prior to law school, he worked at the Mayor’s Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability under Mayor Michael Bloomberg as an NYC Urban Fellow, an experience that transformed his understanding of and interest in urban planning and development.
Randall is actively involved in pro bono matters relating to asylum, immigration and human rights, wetland restoration, and community development.
